Jacqueline Lamerson
About
Jacqueline received her Juris Doctorate from St. Mary's University in 2010. She began her career as an Assistant District Attorney in Nueces County. In 2015, Jacqueline joined the Bexar County District Attorney's Office as a felony prosecutor. In 2017, she began working in private practice criminal defense, followed by the Bexar County Public Defender's Office. At the Bexar County Public Defender's office, Jacqueline tried many Felony Mental Health matters, was the Trial Division Chief, and served as Interim Chief Public Defender. Jacqueline has tried approximately 70 jury trials, including 1st degree felonies, both as a prosecutor and a defense attorney. She has authored twenty-five (25) appellate briefs and orally argued before the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals.
